Grace

Karl read a talk in the BYU Magazine and raved about it. I read it and now I am going ro rave about it. It was a BYU devotional on July 12, 2011 by Brad Wilcox entitled "His Grace is Sufficient".

It is well worth the time to read, download, listen to or watch. I am so grateful to people who can warmly teach gospel topics so well.

Christmas recap

I just needed to post something new since my shoulder is boring now. So, some photos of our Christmas past...

Ever since Rob left on his mission and Christmas Eve meant just Karl, Laura & I we have adopted a new tradition of going out for Chinese Food on Christmas Eve, (think "Fa Ra Ra Ra Ra"). So this year, with the addition of Rob, Jill and Tessa we headed to Provo. The restaurant was full - we are not alone in this idea

We went to Rob's place and they opened our gifts and we played "Farkle"

We took quick trip through the Riverwalk outdoor mall, found some Nuts and crackers..

Early on Christmas day we watched the kids in Texas open gifts via Skype from our bed. Then later Christmas morning after Church we opened our own gifts -- the cutest bags Natalie made!

Then after Katie's church her gang came over for MORE gift opening! The day just went on and on!
It was a lovely holiday-even if there was no snow the whole month of December.
