When I look out my back window it looks like this.

It has looked like this for most of the Winter. I am sure I have glaciers in my yard. It's been so cold all winter that it does not melt much, hence the feelings of familiarity with my youth in Minnesota.

The problem is compounded with the nasty "inversion" that plagues the Valley when the temperatures plummet. Smoggy air sits trapped inbetween the mountains until we get a bit of wind. But, that said, when it's clear, it's glorious! The awesome view from my desk.

You never know what your'e going to get, last year we had no snow, didn't use the snowblower once!
